These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the myr888 platform, accessible at myr888.cam, and all associated services, features, and content provided by myr888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). myr888 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under applicable international gaming regulations, with primary service delivery directed at adult users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the myr888 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the full agreement between you and myr888.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

To register and maintain an account on myr888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older. myr888 does not accept registrations from individuals below the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy or representative registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from myr888, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by Platform action.
• You are not a current or former employee of myr888 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances being frozen pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. myr888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any registration information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). myr888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our 24/7 support team immediately.

myr888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as a standard compliance obligation. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage of account activity if deemed necessary by our compliance team.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence — clear photograph of both front and back.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document and a handwritten note displaying the current date.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photograph of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership.

Documents must be submitted through the designated secure upload area within your account portal. Do not send documents via email or unsecured third-party channels. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of full document receipt.

myr888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account access, or close an account if KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe, or if documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.

myr888 supports deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX instant bank transfer
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank direct transfers
• Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT — TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted with a minimum equivalent of RM50 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. myr888 does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party transaction fees charged by banks, e-wallet providers, or blockchain networks are the responsibility of the Player.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR at the market exchange rate applied at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. myr888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and confirming a crypto transaction.

Withdrawals from myr888 are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) the Player's account is fully KYC verified; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account; (c) the withdrawal request does not exceed applicable daily or account-tier limits; and (d) the account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation or compliance review.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: 5–30 minutes upon approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank: 1–24 hours depending on banking hours
• Bitcoin (BTC): 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20): 10–30 minutes subject to network confirmation

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by our compliance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.

myr888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all myr888 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation is prohibited.
• Each Player is entitled to one (1) Welcome Bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• myr888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on myr888 are offered subject to the specific rules governing each game type or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before participating. General gameplay conditions include:

• All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are binding at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are placed at the risk of the Player. Technical interruptions during live betting do not automatically entitle a Player to cancellation or refund.
• myr888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or data feed malfunction.

• Any winnings resulting from a bet placed after the outcome of the event in question was already determined ("late bets") will be voided.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration warnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myr888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or deliberate loss to a connected party.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions for personal gain without reporting them to myr888.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits for the purpose of retaining both the deposit and any associated winnings.
• Registering on behalf of, or allowing another person to use, your myr888 account.

All content on the myr888 Platform — including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, design elements, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of myr888 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of myr888's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at the address provided in Section 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr888's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall myr888 be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, regardless of how arising.
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including payment processors, internet service providers, or blockchain network congestion.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance upon any game strategy, statistical information, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Player wishing to close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Pending transactions will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following KYC confirmation, subject to no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance investigations.

myr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, myr888 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits may be returned at myr888's discretion following investigation.

myr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without specific notification.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
